How does ordering work?

Order from our menu and we can ship to your home (fee applies) or you can pick up at the kitchen.  NOTE: most of our products will arrive frozen and may be stored in your refrigerator or freezer depending on your needs.

  1. Pickup Orders must be paid in full and your order will be reserved for you. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready. Orders are accepted any time/any day.   Please do not proceed to pick up until you have received your notification.
  2. Deliveries ship 7 days per week and may change from week to week.  Some areas are only serviced bi-weekly.   You will receive a notification in the morning of your delivery day with a tracking link.  Please be sure you are prepared to move your order into cold storage as soon as possible. We are not responsible for unattended orders. 
  3. Order early, as we can sell out quickly.

Can I stop in to browse and shop?

YES!  But please note, that our primary function is a food production/catering facility which means our staff will assist you with in-stock items at our pickup counter.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within Ontario, Canada.  Each area is serviced once/week or once/bi-weekly.  During peak times deliveries may be delayed.

Do you offer products wholesale to restaurants/shops?

Can you do custom/specialty orders?

Definitely! If you have a special occasion or gathering coming up and would like some Keto-friendly foods please contact us directly to discuss.  Typically, custom orders require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
